Can't remember whether to book a single session, a practicum, or a recurring session? We'll explain it to you!
A one-time session: this is a session that you schedule once for now. You can always add new slots to it.
A recurring session is an activity that is repeated over and over again. For example, an upper body strengthening class that meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 pm is a recurring session. You set the date for this recurring session to end. You will always have the option to extend it later.
A practicum is an activity that allows you to explore, progress, or improve a practise. This activity format is longer than a single session: the course lasts at least 2 sessions on consecutive days. You decide the duration of each session and the number of days in the course.
